Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Local orders are billed in Jamaican dollars, while overseas orders are usually billed in US dollars.
Payment: Payment is accepted in the form of a cheque, bank draft, cash OR direct lodgment to the company’s account.
Pro-forma Invoices: Pro-forma invoices are available upon request. Confirmation of an order is expected within 5 days of the order.
Discount: Booksellers and distributors are eligible for discount. The discount offered varies depending on the quantities ordered.
Credit: Credit may be extended provided that the bookseller / distributor meets certain requirements. Please contact us for further details.
Shipping: Orders to be sent overseas, are usually shipped via air mail. A fee will be added to the invoice to cover the costs for dispatch by air. Additional charges can possibly be applied to your invoice if you request local courier services for your order.
Inspection Copies: Locally, institutions and booksellers can access inspection copies through our Marketing and Sales Officer. For the overseas market, requests should be sent on the bookseller’s / institution’s letterhead.
